BLOODY MIDGES.

did the Dragons Back today with the smaller fox trail at the end for a warm down..

by far the best trail at coedy, technical climbs, flowing descents, its like a concrete roller coaster at times, fire road climbs , stunning scenery..

great day topped off with a swim in the river near the centre, decided to warm down with agenlte 8k fox trail, which was nice and easy after two hard days.

about 50 mile in two days in glorious weather apart from Bloody Midges,

And i don't feel to knackered either
